The goods in this order come to A$50 or under, so your order travels as untracked mail to keep postage low. If it goes missing we will share proof of postage, including our courier lodgement photos, but untracked mail cannot be traced, so we cannot refund it for non-delivery. For tracking on a smaller order, contact us before ordering and we will arrange it for an extra postage charge. I understand and accept this.
